- Do I need to create an account?
Creating a Gleamn account is highly encouraged to track your wishlist, orders and history. You may check out with an account or as a guest.
- Can I cancel or modify my order?
Any cancellations for standard orders must be done within 24 hours from time of order. Most pieces are ready for shipping within 7 days of ordering, but some orders require additional time in production since all of our jewelry is carefully made by hands in high quality craftsmanship. Gift card purchases are FINAL SALE - no refunds, no exchanges.
- Can I track my order?
We send an email with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep track on the progress of your delivery.
- What happens if an item is out of stock?

- How do I take care of my jewelry?
Silver: When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintains colour for silver pieces. To keep your piece looking its best, gently rub the surface with the polishing cloth included in your order. Remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays.
Gold plated: Gently rub the surface of your gold plated jewelry using a soft jewelry cloth, helps restore shine. Do NOT use a polishing cloth as this will strip away the plating. If your jewelry needs more cleaning you may clean it with warm, soapy water. Soak it for a few minutes and you may clean it with a soft cloth. Remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays.
- How to use a polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. It’s completely normal to see dark residue on the cloth, which means it’s doing its job!
- What is your warranty policy?
Eyewear is warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. However, this warranty does not apply to damages incurred by mishandling, accidents or misuse. For accessories, our policy covers 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days.
- What if my purchase is defective or I received the wrong product?
