  • What is your return policy?
  • Regular priced products for return must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging along with the order invoice for a refund or exchange. Notice for return/exchange must be emailed to us at info@gleamn.com within 7 days from the time you received the item and the return parcel has to be sent within 14 days from your purchase date. However, all earrings are final sale due to hygienic reasons.

    Optical frames cannot be returned or exchanged if the original lenses have been removed or fitted with prescription lenses. Eyewear warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, improper storage and wear & tear.

    All discounted items are FINAL SALE - no refunds, no exchanges. Gift card purchases are FINAL SALE - no refunds, no exchanges.

  • How do I exchange or return a product?
    1. As Gleamn adopts sustainable and eco-friendly practices, your package will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask that you request your return through email at info@gleamn.com.
    2. Once return is approved, please securely package the product(s) and send the parcel to the return address provided with a copy of order invoice. Email info@gleamn.com with your copy of invoice along with the courier company and tracking number for the parcel.
    3. On receipt of the return, we will check its condition then process the refund. Please note that original shipping fees, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.
  • When will I receive my refund?
  • Refunds will be processed with the same payment method within 3-5 business days. The credit amount should reflect on your card account within 7-10 business days.
